Perched on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef, this house on Lizard Island blends modern design with the raw beauty of its surroundings. At the centre of the home is a custom-fabricated emerald green benchtop that immediately draws the eye. Rich in colour and detail, the benchtop was designed as a visual statement — a bold contrast to the neutral tones of timber, stone, and sand that define the rest of the space.
